The Wisconsin Modular Housing Council is a division of the Wisconsin Housing Alliance, a Madison based statewide housing association.  The Wisconsin Housing Alliance has founded in 1949.

The Modular Housing Council is governed by a nine-person policy council that is responsible for creating programs and policies.
